Fortune is a leading, full-service sales and marketing agency, specializing in the Natural, Specialty, Distributor and Bakery trade channels.  We are still growing and are currently recruiting for a Client Service Specialist.  The position will work out of our corporate office in Elk Grove Village, IL and will report to our Client Services Department.  The candidate will be responsible for processing orders along with effectively researching, analyzing, documenting, and resolving a variety of deduction claim types in accordance with client specific standards and procedures.  The ideal candidate would be well organized, detail oriented with excellent telephone, communication skills and able to work independently. Must possess good computer skills as well as be a team player with a positive attitude. Previous professional experience using Microsoft Office with focus on Excel and Outlook is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent, timely, accurate and professional customer service
  • Handle incoming orders and input into order entry system
  • Review orders for accuracy and completion
  • Assist customers/clients with questions or problems on their orders
  • Gather claim documentation, investigate claim and analyze to validate customer deductions
  • Maintain necessary data in order to follow up and keep track of deductions
